Tuesday's episode of Glee is going to be epic! Not only is Britney Spears appearing on the show for the all Britney episode, but John Stamos is making his Glee debut!

Glee cheerleader Brittany is taking on her biggest role yet in the "Britney/Brittany" episode on Tuesday, Sept. 28.
Entertainment Weekly has a sneak peek of Brittany (Heather Morris) busting out her Britney moves with the help of Santana (Naya Rivera). The girls visit Dr. John Stamos and demand some anesthesia and while they wait for the dosage, they nod off to Britney's "Me Against the Music."
