According to E! News, the 27-year-old star "splashed out some serious dough" to lease a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home, estimated to be worth $3.5 million dollars!

Of course, to sleep with Rob (or, more accurately, where he once slept), fans will have to wait until he vacates the premises—not to mention write a hefty monthly rent check. Still, paying all that money means you can sleep in Rob's room.
