Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas earned the top scores on Dancing With the Stars last night for their "bewitching" Viennese waltz!

Hines Ward and Kym Johnson and Ralph Macchio and Karina Smirnoff tied for second place after Chelsea and Mark's Harry Potter dance won the judges over.
Well, most of the judges.
"Mark, you are a marvelous teacher and a great choreographer. Chelsea, you are a fantastic dancer. So why is it, every time I see you, there's something I don't like?" judge Len Goodman shouted.
After the audience started booing, Len added, "After saying that, overall, I liked it because this girl is a very good dancer."
"It was magical, fabulous, beautiful and bewitching. Technically speaking," Bruno Tonioli said, "it was the best of the night."
And Carrie Ann Inaba agreed with Bruno and also gave the pair a 9.
Even though Len had some criticism for Chelsea and Mark, he still gave them an 8, making their total 26!
