Watch David Letterman Question Chaz Bono on His Gender Transformation

David Letterman asked Chaz Bono all the questions he could think of about his gender transformation on Wednesday on the Late Show With David Letterman. And Chaz held nothing back in answering them!

David asked Chaz if he ever dated a man or had sex with a man before he decided to become a man.

Chaz said he never dated guys, but did have sex with a guy "once."

"I needed to know for sure," Chaz explained on Late Show With David Letterman. "When I was young, I was out and a lot of people would say, 'Well, how do you know if you've never slept with a guy?' So I wanted to say, 'I have and I know.' "

Chaz also said that his mother Cher's acceptance of of his transformation has been a process.

"Now, is there anything different about her that I should know about?" David asked.

"No," Chaz said with a laugh. "It's not catching!"
