The new clip features a chat between President Snow (Donald Sutherland) and Seneca Crane (Wes Bentley). Snow is the president of the evil Capital of the nation of Panem, which is the ruins of what was North America. Every year, a teenage boy and girl from each of the 12 districts is forced to compete in a televised competition to the death called the Hunger Games where only one makes it out alive.
For the 74th annual Hunger Games, Seneca is the head Gamemaker who can control the outcome of the games. According to Coming Soon, this new clip occurs in the film just before the 74th annual Hunger Games begins and shows Seneca getting strict advice from President Snow on how to handle this year's games.
