Watch Justin Bieber Make Girls Scream on 'Today' Show

Justin Bieber stepped out into the plaza on the Today Show this morning to promote his new fragrance, "Someday," but it was hard to hear him above his screaming female fans!

Justin is launching his new fragrance, "Someday," and explained to Today how all of the proceeds will go to charity.

"Can I tell you something," Matt Lauer said to Justin. "This is genius, and let me tell you why. Someone came into my office today and said, 'Why isn't Justin Bieber doing a cologne? Why is he doing a perfume?' And the reason is?"

"This is why," Justin said motioning to his screaming female fans.

"Who was the inspiration for your perfume?" Al Roker asked.

"Um. Different... different girls and stuff," Justin said while blushing.

"Careful there," Matt warned.
