Kendra Wilkinson understands constructive criticism, but she doesn't like being put down. Last week, judge Carrie Ann Inaba told the reality star that that she seemed to be "afraid of elegance" — a comment Kendra took to heart. But this week Kendra fought back, working hard to impress on her Fox Trot, which was the 1000th dance on Dancing With the Stars.
In the rehearsal package, Kendra expressed how upset she was by Carrie Ann's comment last week, and her pro partner Louis Van Amstel revealed how "disappointed" he was in the judging.

“Carrie Ann made me feel like trash when she was judging me," Kendra explained.
“Kendra is very sensitive to the sexy and sensual subject, but they are actually trying to help her," Louis said.
Despite the criticism, Kendra was excited to take on the Fox Trot challenge.
"I’m seeing this Fox Trot as a fresh start… super mom," she exclaimed. "I promise you America, I’m putting my heart and soul into this Fox Trot. I won’t let you down!”

When it was announced that Kendra and Louise would perform the 1,000th dance on DWTS, confetti exploded all over the ballroom.
The duo did the Fox Trot “Yankee Doodle" for American week, and they dressed in red and white stripes. Louis even wore a fake Uncle Sam beard.
And Carrie Ann made up for her harsh remarks last week.
“This is the most confident that I’ve ever seen you," she said. "Whenever we are commenting we are always trying to help you, and look what it did. You’re a fighter! You’re a fighter. Most patriotic dance of the night.”
Kendra's final score? A 22 out of 30 – with an 8 from Carrie Ann!
