We Have Your Sneak Peek at 'The Vampire Diaries' Season 4 Premiere

The season 4 premiere of The Vampire Diaries doesn't air until October 11, but CW just released a new clip which you can see below for eager fans who can't wait until then!

In the upcoming scene from the highly anticipated first episode, Elena (Nina Dobrev) wakes up panicking and gasping for air.

Stefan (Paul Wesley) is sitting next to her bed and she calls his names. He comforts her and says, "I'm right here."

She asks what happened and he explains, "You were in an accident."

She beings to freak out and wants to know about Matt. The camera then pans to Damon (Ian Somerhalder) who tells her she wasn't saved.

"Your injuries were worse than anyone knew," Stefan tells her. He continues to say Meredith (Torrey DeVitto) used Damon's blood to heal her and then she asks, "Am I dead?"

The clip ends and we're dying to know what happens next. What did you think of the teaser?
