When it comes to etiquette, manners and overall good behavior, even celebrities need help navigating the rough waters of stardom! It’s a good thing Countess LuAnn de Lesseps of the Real Housewives of New York is joining forces with OK! to school them on the right thing to do! In a rough situation, we just ask, “What Would the Countess Do?” This week the Countess discusses surviving wedding season unscathed and learning the reality TV ropes.
Jay Leno made jokes on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno about the Casey Anthony trial the same day her not-guilty verdict was read and many Americans were upset. His audiences member didn't even laugh at one of his jokes! Is there such a thing as a joke being too soon? If so, how soon is too soon?
Some topics, like the death of a child are never funny regardless of how many days pass between the tragedy and the joke. Jay Leno’s attempt at making Casey Anthony’s not-guilty verdict funny by comparing it to the OJ Simpson trial was in poor taste. Surely there were other, lighter, more humorous topics for Leno to use in his monologue that night?
Tip: It’s better to have others laugh with you than laugh at you.

Ryan asked Maci on Teen Mom if her new boyfriend Kyle was "slow." He claimed he didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings by the question, but really wanted to know. Should Ryan have asked the question even if it may seem rude? Or are those questions best kept to yourself?

When Ryan asked Maci if her new boyfriend was “slow”, he was not being curious, he was being rude although I understand why Ryan wants to know more about Kyle since he is spending time with his child. If Ryan is concerned about Kyle’s intelligence, maybe he should meet with him so he can form his own opinion? In general, questions about another person’s IQ are best kept to one’s self.
Tip: Do not ask other people questions that you would feel uncomfortable answering yourself.
