When it comes to etiquette, manners and overall good behavior, even celebrities need help navigating the rough waters of stardom! It’s a good thing Countess LuAnn de Lesseps of the Real Housewives of New York is joining forces with OK! to school them on the right thing to do! In a rough situation, we just ask, “What Would the Countess Do?” This week the Countess discusses a royal diss and firming up for summer.
How do you deal with fake people who say one thing to your face and another behind your back -- especially when it's a situation like reality TV where everyone knows what they're saying about you?
As a reality television star, I know that whatever I say can be used against me on the Real Housewives of New York Reunion! It’s disrespectful and dishonest to say one thing to a person then say something different when they aren’t around. If you find out that someone is talking behind your back, the best thing to do is confront this person and ask him or her to talk to you directly in the future.

If you don't live near a beach or a pool, and don't have a yard to run a sprinkler in -- how do you stay cool during a heat wave? Any tricks to dressing for the heat?
To stay cool in a heat wave, it’s important to wear loose, lightweight clothing and a wide brimmed hat. I like to wear caftans when it’s super hot outside. Avoid heavy, hot foods and alcoholic beverages and eat more cold salads and fruit. Remember to drink plenty of cold water throughout the day to avoid overheating and dehydration.
Tip: Exercise outside early in the morning during the hot summer months and replace electrolytes with Gatorade or other fortified waters.
