When it comes to etiquette, manners and overall good behavior, even celebrities need help navigating the rough waters of stardom! It’s a good thing Countess LuAnn de Lesseps of the Real Housewives of New York is joining forces with OK! to school them on the right thing to do! In a rough situation, we just ask, “What Would the Countess Do?” This week the Countess counsels tween role models taking on adulthood and handling jabs from the media gracefully.
What do you think of Charlie Sheen's recent surge in popularity? Do you see this popularity lasting or will he crash?
Charlie Sheen’s recent surge in popularity as an “unemployed winner” (his words, not mine) gained him 1.5 million Twitter followers overnight, but is popularity based on outrageous behavior rather than genuine accomplishment sustainable? I don’t doubt that people are fascinated by Charlie’s outlaw attitude, but to sustain his popularity, he will either have to be even more self-destructive than before or go back to work. He’s a four-time Emmy winner whose legacy should be his talent rather than his sordid lifestyle.

Melissa Rycroft is a first-time mom. Any advice to her on how best to move on with her career while still being a great mom to baby Ava?
The best advice I can give to new mom Melissa Rycroft is to take care of herself and her new baby first; then she can figure out how to move on with her career. If she plans to resume working, she needs good help and an understanding employer. Women go back to work all the time after having babies and still manage to be great moms if they manage their time efficiently and realize that perfection is impossible.
Tip: Working moms need to take time for themselves so that they have energy for their families and careers.
