There’s no rest for the wicked: Girls Gone Wild head Joe Francis just got out of a Nevada jail after serving 11 months behind bars — and he’s going straight to work! It is spring break season, after all! “We’ve got 50 or 60 camera guys out there,” Francis told Page Six. Francis recently plead no contest to charges of videotaping underage girls in Florida and was released for time served.

Patrick Swayze swears he didn’t pull out of the movie Fired Up because of illness. The ailing actor was supposed to play a gay cheerleading coach but, according to his rep, dropped out “for creative reasons” and because he was waiting to see if his new TV series, The Beast, would be picked up. It was recently revealed that Swayze has pancreatic cancer.
