Ode to the digital age, right? Although Whitney Houston's funeral will be held privately on Saturday in Newark, N.J., fans around the world can watch it online!

According to The Associated Press, its camera will be allowed into the ceremony. The AP will broadcast the service on its live streaming site. In addition, the event will be available to broadcasters via satellite.
The service will come full circle for the late star; it will be held at New Hope Baptist Church, the same church where she sang as a little girl! Whitney will be laid to rest in Fair View Cemetery in Westfield, N.J., the same cemetery where her father was buried in 2003.
In a related story, it sounds like the state of New Jersey will pay homage to The Bodyguard star. Governor Chris Christie announced the state flag will be flown at half-staff on Saturday.
According to E! News, he stated, "Obviously, Whitney Houston was an important part of the fabric, the cultural fabric of this state…. Her accomplishments in her life were a source of great pride."
