Why Did Carrie Underwood Walk Grammy Red Carpet Without Fiancé Mike Fisher?

Carrie Underwood showed off a chic new 'do at the Grammys, but her new fiancé, Mike Fisher, was nowhere in sight when she walked the red carpet last night.
A disappointed Ryan Seacrest commented to the "Before He Cheats" singer, "You're Mikeless!"

"I'm Mikeless," she replied, "he's waiting for me at the end." Then she admitted the real reason the pair didn't walk the red carpet together.
"I can't feed him to the wolves this early in the engagement," she laughed.

So, Mike's not comfortable with the music business? "No, this is all new for him," she said, "I figured we'll take some pictures together... ease him into my world a little bit."
Carrie, who took part in the stunning version of "Earth Song" in tribute to Michael Jackson, admitted that although they haven't set a wedding date, she and the ice hockey player are "bouncing a few dates around."
