Will Ferrell's early life is very different than one would imagine for the quirky comedian who starred in Old School, Anchorman and Talladega Nights. A studious and athletic student, Will actually set the school record for most field goals made on their football team. He went on to attend UCLA for sports journalism and even joined Detla Tau fraternity. After graduation, Will interned at NBC in the sports department where he finally discovered his natural knack for comedy. He soon became a regular with a L.A. improv troupe, The Groundlings which lead to his eventual casting on Saturday Night Live. The show made Will a star and he soon began headling Hollywood hit films. With his career on track, Will's personal life followed suit in 2000 when he married longtime girlfriend Viveca Paulin. The couple have two sons, Magnus and Mattias.
