It's now been a week since the world was shocked with the news that Kristen Stewart had cheated on her boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, with her Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders.

And as we learn more about what comes next for the Twilight couple, and the reports that Robert and Kristen have both moved out of their L.A. home, we must not forget about their pets. Will there be a custody battle?

RadarOnline is reporting that Kristen will keep her cat Max, but that Robert wants Bear, the mutt they rescued in New Orleans, for himself. But don't look for Kristen to walk away from Bear so easily.

“After Rob moved his things out of their Los Angeles home, he then told Kristen he wanted Bear,” an insider said.

“She was heartbroken — they adopted Bear together and she always felt that he was their little baby. Rob was so hurt by Kristen's actions that he decided that he wants the dog to help him get over what happened. After all, a dog is a man’s best friend and Bear is such a good companion."
