Uh-oh, Ashton Kutcher is in hot water again with Demi Moore, if the recent claims of 23-year-old woman are to be believed: A woman says she and Ashton slept together last Friday in San Diego after a night out on the town, and she's already lawyering up.
The Dirty broke the story first, and Radar Online delves deep into the details of the alleged cheating scandal. The woman, 23, claims the hook-up happened after a boys' night out at a nightclub in San Diego on Sept. 23.

A friend of the woman said she's hiding out now as the scandal breaks. "She is due to meet with an attorney tonight (Tuesday). She is freaking out," dishes the pal to Radar.
Ashton's six-year wedding anniversary to his wife was the next day, Sept. 24.
"Ashton didn't look like someone who was celebrating a wedding anniversary," one clubgoer told the site.

Ashton and Demi are staying mum, choosing not to respond to requests for comment from Radar Online. Star reports in this week's issue, that after Ashton's repeated infidelities, the marriage is over.
“It was definitely a long time coming, but they’re finally done for good,” an insider exclusively told Star Magazine.
“Ashton was a serial cheater, and Demi just couldn’t take it anymore. She didn’t deserve to live that way. It’s a painful time for Demi.”
Brittany Jones previously claimed to have had an affair with Ashton, saying he was a great lover, "Very considerate and sweet. And it was very special to me. I felt totally comfortable in his arms. It was tender and nice — not some random sex act."
