Adult Star Skylar Mae Spends $8,000 a Month on Her Looks: 'Being Natural Might Be More Expensive'

Skylar Mae revealed she spends thousands of dollars each month to maintain her appearance.

The OnlyF--- star, 23, revealed she shells out between $5,000 and $8,000 monthly on everything from high-end hair products to spa treatments.

Rather than relying on cosmetic injections or procedures, Mae has built a routine around regular beauty and wellness treatments.

"People 100 percent underestimate how expensive it is to maintain a natural look. I think people assume, 'Oh, she's natural, she's easygoing, she doesn't spend anything to take care of herself,'" she exclusively shared with OK!.

Her approach requires consistent upkeep throughout the month.

"At the end of the day, it might even be more expensive than a non-natural look because I have to do things for myself every day, every week and every month, whereas someone else might just pay for a surgery to look a certain way," Mae added.

Mae also believes her decision to skip cosmetic work has helped her distinguish herself in an industry where certain beauty trends have become increasingly common.

"My fans like that I look different from everyone else on OnlyF--- right now. I was literally saying to my friend, 'Is it just me or does everyone look the same on the internet right now?'" she detailed.

Mae continued: "Everyone either has bleach blonde hair or the same brown hair, huge lips, and the same makeup routines. Sometimes even I look at them and think, 'D---, should I do that?'"

One feature Mae has considered changing is her lips.

"People always compliment me and say, 'You have a really unique look, you don't look like everyone else.' I have small lips, I'll gladly admit it. I've thought about getting filler, but then I get so many compliments from people saying they like my small lips and that I don't have fake lips like everyone else," she explained.

However, that doesn't mean Mae plans to avoid cosmetic procedures forever. She has said she could consider Botox or other treatments as she gets older.

A major part of Mae's monthly spending goes toward products and treatments designed to keep her hair and skin looking their best.

"Even just how expensive my shampoo and conditioner are is insane. I'm not out here buying Pantene from CVS. I'm buying really expensive shampoo and conditioner to make sure my hair stays long and healthy," she revealed.

She went on, "My spa membership is probably the most expensive part. I think it's around $1,000 a month, but I can go whenever I want. I can use the tanning bed or get a spray tan, do full-body red light therapy and they have a water bed that loosens up your muscles. It's so worth it though."
