Alexandra Daddario & Boyfriend Andrew Form Buy L.A. Love Nest — Tour The Chic Pad

Next steps! Three months after making their red carpet debut, Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have officially moved in together, purchasing a beautiful pad in L.A.’s historically aristocratic enclave of Hancock Park.
The 1927-built residence, flanked by two Italian Cypress trees and hidden behind a manicured hedge, still maintains a regal flair — at least on the outside. Listing materials describe the gorgeous grounds as reminiscent of the French countryside, thanks to a towering sycamore, grassy lawns and a tranquil fountain tucked into a serene courtyard.
Inside, however, the oldworld charm gives way to a more casual and contemporary vibe, thanks to architect William Hefner and his wife, late Japanese interior designer Kazuko Hoshino. (The pair put their tasteful touches on the property before selling it to its previous owner, Shameless creator John Wells!)
With airy, inviting rooms that open into the gardens, several cozy fireplaces and walls painted soothing shades of blue, white and grey, it’s easy to see why the 5,306-square-foot home attracted the couple, who both lead hectic lives. (The actress, 35, recently wrapped press for her hit show The White Lotus, while the producer, 52, is in pre-production for A Quiet Place Part III.)
The abode includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a two-story guesthouse, providing plenty of space for their fellow tenants — the couple’s three dogs and Form’s two sons, Julian, 8, and Rowan, 6, whom he shares with ex-wife Jordana Brewster.
Of course, there’s also enough room for any future residents, should the lovebirds eventually decide to add to their already adorable crew.

Business in the front, party in the back! The yard includes multiple patios, perfect for entertaining.
You’ll find limestone-sheathed windows and a wood burning fireplace in the living room.
The chic kitchen boasts light blue cabinets as well as Calacatta marble countertops and backsplash.
