The podcast centers around the trials and tribulations of the founders of the $50B commercial real estate startup WeWork, CEO Adam Neumann [Leto] and his wife chief brand/impact officer Rebekah Neumann [Hathaway].

This intense work flow for Leto is a far cry from how he spent the first part of the pandemic. As OK! previously reported, the actor was on a "two-week silent meditation retreat" when the world went into lockdown back in March of 2020.  "It was like coming out to the zombie apocalypse." he jokingly said.
