Dad Duties: Ant Anstead Spends Day With Son Hudson & Girlfriend Renée Zellweger As Nasty Christina Hall Custody Battle Rages On
Ant Anstead is soaking in all of his time with his son.
Amid the Wheeler Dealers star's ugly custody battle with ex-wife Christina Hall, Anstead, 43, was spotted enjoying quality time with his two-year-old son, Hudson, and girlfriend Renée Zellweger while out and about in Laguna Beach on Tuesday, May 3.
In photos obtained by Daily Mail, the loved-up duo was seen kissing as they picked up groceries with the tot and headed home, where they appeared to be hosting guests — possibly a party for Zellweger who turned 53 last week.
CHRISTINA HAACK CLAIMS SHE'S A 'GOOD MOM' AFTER ANT ANSTEAD FILES FOR FULL CUSTODY OF THEIR SON
As OK! previously reported, the television host filed for full custody of his little boy, who he shares with the Flip or Flop star, last week citing Hall as an unfit mother.
The blonde beauty, 38, hit back at the filing in a statement noting: “What Ant is doing deeply saddens me. If this was really about Hudson, as he says, this should have been handled privately with a private judge or mediation, as myself and my attorney have suggested."

“I have had my share of ups and downs but I am a good mom and I love my children with all my heart and I will always protect them," she claimed.
RENEE ZELLWEGER FEELS BOYFRIEND ANT ANSTEAD WAS 'SENT TO HER' BY LATE PAL
However, Anstead's request was denied mere hours after he originally filed, as an Orange County Superior Court judge ruled the Celebrity IOU: Joyride star had "insufficient showing" of concerns surrounding Hudson and didn't provide his former wife enough notice of his request.
Anstead and Hall now have a June 28th court date set, where they will make arguments as to whether Anstead's requested change for custody should be granted.
The HGTV personality's girlfriend was dragged into the custody drama after Anstead claimed in court documents that Hall returned their son to him in January and failed to mention her whole family had COVID-19, which halted filming on Zellweger's latest project.
"At the time my partner [Zellweger] was filming her new project and her covid diagnosis placed the whole production on pause," Anstead claimed in court documents.
