With the help of Jenna Cooper and Caroline Wolf from Compass, the soon-to-be mama and her hubby — who wed in 2014 — bought the property from Roeg Sutherland, who first purchased the home in 2014 for $3,575,000.
Tisdale, 35, recently said goodbye to her former abode in Los Feliz, Calif., only a few months after announcing the expected arrival of the couple's first child together, a baby girl, in September.
Now, Tisdale will start a new 'Suite Life' with her family of three in their Los Angeles sanctuary.
