Out of style! Bella Hadid is parting ways with her SoHo penthouse after just over a year of ownership. The 24-year-old beauty purchased the apartment in November 2019, once she moved out of the $60,000-a-month rental she'd shared with her ex-boyfriend, The Weeknd.
Clocking in at 2,569 square feet, the 2-bed, 2-bath unit is located in a six-story building previously used as a silk showroom until it was converted into a condominium in 2016. The luxe interiors pay homage to the structure's industrial roots, featuring red brick barrel-vaulted ceilings and cast iron and wood columns.
It appears Hadid barely made any changes to the fashionably appointed pad — which boasts custom lighting and imported Italian built-in closets — during her brief stay, but that hasn't stopped her from seeking a profit. She's listed it for a hair under $6.5 million — $400,000 more than what she paid for it.

The living room is outfitted with built-in shelving, a statement chandelier and a fireplace.
KITCHEN
Pull up a chair: A black marble island in the kitchen doubles as a dining table. Hadid often shares cooking videos on IG, recently whipping up ramen.
