Bill Clinton rocked long brown hair and a shaggy beard in one throwback photo.
"Happy birthday, dear Bill. Eighty years in to your extraordinary life, I feel very lucky to have spent over 50 of them with you. Here's to more dancing, talking, and laughing together in the years to come," Hillary sweetly wrote alongside the gallery.
One photo from the 1970s featured Bill rocking long, brown shaggy hair and a bushy beard as he posed next to Hillary while holding a few books. The pair met in the spring of 1971 while they were both studying at Yale Law School.

Bill and Hillary Clinton tied the knot in 1975.
Other photos featured the longtime couple grinning as they danced together. The two married in 1975 in a small and simple ceremony at their home in Fayetteville, Ark.
In a 2016 speech at the Democratic National Convention, the lawyer recalled the moment he wanted to ask Hillary out on a date.
"I turned red and she laughed that big laugh of hers, and I thought well, [expletive], since my cover's been blown, I just went ahead and asked her to take a walk down to the art museum," he remembered.

'We've built a lifetime of memories,' Bill Clinton said of his wife in 2016.
"We've been walking and talking and laughing together ever since and we've done it in good times and bad too – joy and heartbreak…We've built a lifetime of memories," Bill gushed.
"I married my best friend. I was still in awe after more than four years of being around her at how smart and strong and loving and caring she was and I really hoped that her choosing me and rejecting my advice to pursue her own career was a decision she would never regret," he said.
Bill gushed that his spouse was "the best darn change maker I ever met in my entire life."
