Calvin Harris Lists $25 Million Hollywood Compound — Tour The DJ's Lavish Los Angeles Home: Photos
Calvin Harris has put his multi-million-dollar Los Angeles home on the market.
The "This Is What You Came For" artist, 38, has listed the East Coast inspired home for a small fortune of $25 million after buying the residence in 2014 for a reported $15 million.
According to the listing via Dirt — the decor in the home has been radically eroticized with “premier craftsmanship … and the finest materials."
Harris — who brought home $110 million during the years of 2013 and 2014 alone, plus another $129 million in 2015 and 2016 — upped the value of the home by completing multiple renovations to the extravagant home.
Nestled in Benedict Canyon, it is made up of five separate units complete with four-bedroom main house, a two-story guesthouse currently used as two separate recording studios, as well as a security building for a full-time bodyguard, a five-car detached garage connected to an upstairs movie theater, and a standalone gym packed with state-of-the-art-equipment.
The outdoor living space is just as grand with a huge swimming pool as well as a custom pergola with a BBQ center, a sports court and an outdoor lounge centered around a firepit.
The hillside property boasts a hefty 2.7 acres, with multiple gardens and even a solar dome standing tall in the backyard. The residence also remains secluded tucked behind big gates, tall trees and a long driveway.
