Carla Jeffery, known for playing Bree in Disney’s Zombies franchise, has passed away at the age of 33.
Her longtime agency, Alexanders Talent Management, broke the news via an Instagram post on Wednesday, September 2.
They honored the late star in the post, noting, “Rest beautifully, Carla. Your light will never be forgotten.”
The cause of her tragic demise has not yet been disclosed.

Carla Jeffery had been a part of Alexanders Talent Management since she was 12.
The agency posted a heartfelt tribute to the former Disney actress on their page, sharing a note along with pictures of her through different eras of her life and career.
“In Loving Memory
Carla Jeffery
July 10, 1993 - September 1, 2026,” they titled the note.
“It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Carla Jeffery, who passed away on September 1, 2026, at just 33 years old,” it read.
They also mentioned that the actress joined the agency at the age of 12 and had been a part of it for over 20 years.

The agency said Carla Jeffery was more like 'family' to them.
“We had the privilege of watching her grow into a beautiful, vibrant and incredibly talented woman whose radiant smile could light up any room,” they continued.
“As Bree in Disney's hit ZOMBIES franchise, Carla shared her joy, humor and bright spirit with audiences around the world,” they went on.
“Carla was more than a client; she was family,” they added.
“Our hearts are with Carla’s family and loved ones during this devastating time. We respectfully ask that their privacy be honored as they grieve this unimaginable loss,” the agency further pointed out in the post.

Carla Jeffery Will Be Remembered for the Joy She Brought to People Around Her

Carla Jeffery's agency wrote that their 'hearts are broken' by her sudden passing.
The agency further commented on their close relationship with the late actress in the caption, noting, “Our hearts are broken as we mourn our beloved Carla Jeffery. 💔”
“For more than 20 years, Carla was part of the Alexanders Talent Management family and watching her grow from a talented young girl into the beautiful, vibrant woman and actress she became was an incredible privilege,” they continued.
“We will remember her infectious smile, her laughter, her talent and the beautiful light she carried everywhere she went,” they added.
“Our deepest love and condolences are with Carla's family and loved ones. We ask that their privacy be respected during this incredibly difficult time,” the caption continued.

Carla Jeffery's family requested for privacy while they deal with their insurmountable grief.
“Rest beautifully, Carla. You will be deeply missed and forever loved. 🤍,” they wrote in conclusion.
“Carla. The sweetest person I have ever met. I love you,” Milo Manheim, Jeffery’s Zombies costar wrote in the comments.
“The brightest shining light in any room she walked into. The kindest person you'd ever meet. The most beautiful soul. This doesn't feel real….. 💔,” Chandler Kinney, who costarred with the late Hollywood star in Zombies 2 and Zombies 3, also commented.
