The Chainsmokers' Andrew "Drew" Taggart is getting "Closer" to receiving a big paycheck after he finds a buyer for his Los Angeles mansion. With the help of James Harris and David Parnes from The Agency, the singer, 31, listed his Laurel Canyon estate for $14,450,000 after buying it in 2018 for $12 million.
Taggart already owns two properties in Sherman Oaks, Calif. He bought both homes in 2018 for a total cost of $4,672,000.
Maybe Taggart is trading in his bachelor pad for a comfy cottage with new girlfriend Chantel Jeffries? The handsome hunk and brunette beauty, 28 — who is a model and DJ — confirmed their relationship over the summer with an adorable photo of the two cuddled up together. They were first spotted together dancing behind a DJ booth last February at a Super Bowl party.
