Chrishell Stause Is 'Upset Still' Following Jason Oppenheim Split, 'She Wants Marriage And A Family,' Source Spills
Chrishell Stause is still healing following her recent split from Jason Oppenheim.
The former flames confirmed their split on social media last week. "Jason was and is my best friend, and other than our ideas for family ultimately not being aligned, the amount of respect and love we have for each other will not change going forward," the blonde beauty shared on Instagram at the time.
Oppenheim also posted that the pair have "different wants regarding a family."
"She's upset still," an insider told People. "She feels like life has kicked her down quite a few times these past years, and that's been a hard feeling."
"She wants marriage and a family, so the fact that the journey hasn't gone as planned has made her feel like life hasn't always been fair to her. It's like a cycle of happiness, curve ball, happiness, curve ball," the source explained.

The 40-year-old is "a positive human by nature and always strives to see the best in people," the source noted. "Despite the public breakups and divorce, she won't let that stop her from living her life and going after what she wants."
The source added that on the "bright side," Stause will enter 2022 "with a blank slate and a refreshed mindset."
The real estate agent and the 44-year-old went public with their romance in July, but they had reportedly been dating for sometime before making it Instagram official.
Earlier this week, Stause detailed the "vivid" dreams she has been having lately, OK! reported. She shared that she had a dream about her mom adopting a cat and a snake, but the cat attacked it. "I am sure this means something, but I am going to take it to mean it's time to get coffee and head to the pool," she wrote on her Instagram Story.
