Jason Oppenheim's whirwild romance with Chrishell Stause appears to be getting serious — but her friends are still wondering if it's the real deal.
The Selling Sunsest star has been flaunting her steamy new relationship since going public with Oppenheim in July, leaving many to wonder if the pair are end game material.
A source tells OK! that Oppenheim "treats Chrishell like an absolute princess," but some of her friends still aren’t sure if the Dancing With the Stars alum “is serious about him or just having some fun."
An insider says that the real estate pro, 44, could be getting ready to take the next step in the relationship, and could even pop the question over the holidays.
"Jason thinks the sun rises and sets on Chrishell, so it's no wonder he wants to marry her," the insider spills.
According to the source, Oppenheim has some tricks up his sleeve regarding a "lavish proposal," which could be coming sooner rather than later, "but the big question is whether she'll say yes."

"This will certainly set the record straight on whether she sees their romance as the real deal," the source adds.
It is possible that Stause could be hesitant to make a lifelong commitment after her previous marriage didn't end up so well. Stause, 44, was reportedly devastated when ex-hubby This Is Us' Justin Hartley called it quits on their two-year marriage — allegedly by text!
To make matters worse, the 40-year-old quickly moved on and married former costar Sofia Pernas, 32, who tied the knot earlier this year.
As OK! previously reported, the new romance between Stause and Oppenheim has been rubbing Selling Sunset castmates the wrong way because of their excessive amounts of PDA.
A source previously revealed that the pair "were making out nonstop and generally acting like a pair of oversexed college kids," during a vacation in Italy with their costars.
“It was just too much for their castmates to take,” a source insisted at the time. Mary Fitzgerald, 41, reportedly "made a big point at first to let everyone know she’s all for this pairing... But she’s starting to wish they’d take it down a notch.”
