This reality star is settling into a place of her own and is ready for the best days of her life!
This June, the soap star turned celebrity realtor Chrishell Stause plunked down $3.3 million for a stunning, single-story spread — her first house since her sudden split from Justin Hartley, and only weeks prior to the shocking debut of her sizzling hot new relationship with fellow Selling Sunset co-star, Jason Oppenheim.
Until recently, the 40-year old beauty had been living in a modest rental apartment, while the This Is Us actor held onto the massive L.A. mansion they purchased just months before he filed for divorce in November 2019.
Located in the Hollywood Hills, the midcentury ranch-style residence has undergone some major renovations since it was built in 1964. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom abode is protected by a state-of-the-art security system and boasts bright white interiors, European oak flooring and several sliding glass doors for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Additional standout features include a gourmet kitchen, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the living room, LED, energy-efficient lighting and swoon-worthy views of the surrounding canyon and city.
The Selling Sunset star represented herself in the transaction — “obviously,” she quipped on Instagram — and managed to score a serious deal: The gorgeous pad was initially listed for nearly $4 million when it hit the market last year.

The abode, which sits on about one-third of an acre, is accessed via a wide motor court.

It’s easy to unwind in the plush living room, which opens out onto the terrace.

The kitchen features on-trend blue cabinetry, a center island and a funky eat-in table.
