Christina Haack Claims She's A 'Good Mom' After Ant Anstead Files For Full Custody Of Their Son
A heartbroken Christina Haack is speaking out after her ex-husband Ant Anstead filed for full custody of their two-year-old son, Hudson London.
The Celebrity IOU: Joyride host previously shared joint legal and physical custody of the toddler with the Christina on the Coast personality following their September 2020 split.
“What Ant is doing deeply saddens me. If this was really about Hudson, as he says, this should have been handled privately with a private judge or mediation, as myself and my attorney have suggested,” Haack said in a statement to HollywoodLife. “I have had my share of ups and downs but I am a good mom and I love my children with all my heart and I will always protect them."
The exes first began dating in October 2017 as revealed in an anniversary post Haack shared in 2018.
“If you aren’t in the mood for a sentimental / mushy post I suggest you keep scrolling. 😏…..” she captioned a picture of her and Anstead kissing. “A year ago today @ant_anstead called me for the first time and we spoke for 29 mins two days later while he was at Sema he FaceTimed me (I was thinking who FaceTimes) anyways I answered and we spoke for 2.5 hours … two days later we met for the first time and we’ve been inseparable ever since. #FATE.”

Only a few months after confirming the timeline of their previously rumored romance, the former lovebirds said "I do" in Newport Beach, Calif. in December 2018. The following September, they announced they were expecting a baby together, but a year later they called it quits.
"Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate,” the Flip or Flop star announced the news to fans and followers via Instagram. "We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future."
