Tarek El Moussa has nothing but appreciation for his ex-wife and Flip or Flop costar, Christina Haack, as their HGTV series came to an end after a 10-season run.
On Thursday, March 17, the day the former flames' final episode aired, El Moussa shared an emotional post to Instagram about his and Haack's time on the reality series while sharing throwback snaps of the duo on set.
"I can't believe this journey started in May 2010 with a home video and a dream of flipping houses on tv… it's crazy to think 12 years later it's coming to an end," the 40-year-old's post began. "I've spent almost a third of my life committed to this show."
After showing his fans some love — insisting: "After an entire decade of filming Flip or Flop, it truly feels like I have a massive family all around the world" — the reality star gave Haack a shout out for all they have been through together.
"A special thank you to @christinahaack for taking this journey with me. I think we did a pretty good job," he admitted in the caption.
And while the coparents of daughter Taylor, 10, and son Brayden, 6, hit more than a few bumps in the road while working as exes on the hit series, El Moussa insisted he's looking forward to seeing what the next chapter of Haack's life looks like.
"I'm excited for what the future holds for both us and wish her nothing but the best!" El Moussa lamented, before teasing his possible upcoming projects: "I would say I'm going to miss you guys but..I'm not going anywhere😎. I can't wait to show you what comes next!"
The future for the ex couple may be uncertain, but it's clear El Moussa and Haack — who wed in 2009 and split in 2016 — already have a lot on their plates with their new partners.

El Moussa and now-wife Heather Rae Young only recently tied the knot in October 2021 but are already planning to expand their young family. The Selling Sunset star revealed in January that she and her man were hoping to conceive a baby in the very near future.
While they're going to first try having a baby "the natural way," the reality star couple isn't closed off to alternative options.
"If it happens within the next few months, we'd be very excited," the blonde bombshell — who previously revealed she was going to freeze her embryos once she and El Moussa discussed the prospect of adding a new member to their brood — stated. "And if it doesn't happen, then that's when we'll decide we want to implant one of the embryos."
Meanwhile, Haack and her man, Joshua Hall, are close behind the newlyweds after the Christina on the Coast star announced her engagement in September 2021. News of the lovebirds' romance was confirmed in July of last year, one month after her divorce from her second husband, Ant Anstead, was finalized.
