Dylan Sprouse has one "suite" bod!
The former Suite Life of Zack and Cody star, 29, took to Instagram on Thursday, April 28, to show off his progress in attaining a toned summer body while working out at the gym.
"Used to wear a shirt in the pool as a kid so I decided in my late twenties I wanted to change my body and become a meat head," Dylan captioned the video which also features him getting his sweat on with singer Bazzi. "This is my meat head post. Been a long slog but I’m proud of the progress I’ve made and I ain’t done yet."

The former child actor has been under intense scrutiny of his body ever since he and Cole Sprouse rose to fame on the hit Disney Channel series in 2005.
Despite his twin brother always making headlines, Dylan tends to keep an incredibly low profile in the media and on socials. The buff babe recently make an appearance with his sibling and his girlfriend, 28, at the 2022 Vanity Fair Oscar party last month.
Taking care of yourself and maintaining your personal health is something incredibly important to Dylan, who told the Daily Beast last year about how addiction in his family inspired him, both professionally and personally.
“The difficulty of a lot of that stuff is this idea of getting well,” he explained adding, “a lot of times, people who are substance abusers seem at their best when they’re on substances — it’s the withdrawal that makes them scary to look at and so clearly drug users.”
