Rapper G-Eazy Arrested For Assault Following Bloody Brawl In Manhattan That Reportedly Landed Socialite Daniel Chetrit In The Hospital
Following a brawl at the Standard Hotel in New York City during the wee hours of the morning on Saturday, rapper G-Eazy was reportedly arrested.
The “No Limit” crooner was apprehended by the police and charged with assault for the bloody bash on Monday, September 13.
The victims identified G-Eazy at the scene. Cops took him into custody without incident, reported Daily News. He was issued a desk appearance and is set to appear in Manhattan Criminal Court on October 1, 2021.
As OK! previously reported, G-Eazy was listed as a suspect by the NYPD after an alleged fight took place between his entourage and socialite Daniel Chetrit.
An argument reportedly erupted after a partygoer asked G-Eazy and his crew to move to another section in the club inside the Boom Boom Room.

“They are two super-interconnected groups. They’re all friends, and something set someone off, and G-Eazy’s crew ended up bottling one of Zack Bia’s friends [Daniel],” a source spilled regarding the incident. “Zack had nothing to do with it. He was just there. One of G-Eazy’s friends smashed a bottle over Daniel’s head."
The musician allegedly "punched one man in the head," and then other people in his group "hit another man in the head with a bottle," reported Radar. The fight then continued outside where an alleged victim, presumably Chetrit, was hit in the head with a bottle once again and was rushed to the hospital for further examination.
Halsey's ex made quite the splash during fashion week showing up at another party at L’Avenue where he did a surprise performance for the crowd in attendance on Thursday, September 9.
“It was totally impromptu. He took the mic and was singing over his own track,” an attendee dished. “Girls ran over all excited. He took a fan’s phone and was singing into it. He was even dancing around.”
