The Guardians of the Galaxy: Inferno actor also used his post-elimination interview to send a message to fellow contestant Ezra Frech, making clear that his friendships will continue beyond the ballroom.
"Ezra, let’s go to lunch next week! I miss you! I love you, dude, and I hope you win!" he said, expressing support for his fellow competitor.

The pair didn't receive enough points to stay in the competition.
Rodriguez and his dance partner, Carson, had previously managed to stay in the competition thanks to audience votes, despite repeatedly finding themselves in danger of elimination. However, their luck finally ran out during the latest episode, bringing their DWTS journey to an end.
During the episode, Rodriguez and Carson performed a salsa to Bad Bunny's "Tití Me Preguntó." Their routine earned 22 out of 40 points from the judges, leaving them at the bottom of the leaderboard.
