Hayden Panettiere Looked 'Battered' and Was Taken Out on Gurney Twice of L.A. Apartment While Living With Boyfriend Brian Hickerson, Neighbor Claims

Hayden Panettiere’s neighbor claimed she saw the late Heroes star being taken out of her Los Angeles apartment on a gurney on two separate occasions during her rocky relationship with Brian Hickerson.

Mia Terrazas told Page Six recently about the incidents involving the Nashville alum — who died on August 16 at the age of 36 — and the South Carolina native, 37.

Terrazas still lives at the same West Hollywood condominium, and alleged to the outlet the events occurred on July 29, 2023, and January 16, 2024.

She stated she saw “bright red spots” and “bruises” on Panettiere, and it "appeared that she had been beaten up."

"It wasn’t apparent to me that it could have been anything else,” Terrazas said, adding the former child star allegedly often looked “battered.”

Hickerson was also “glued to” Panettiere during both occurrences. The pair had a tumultuous on-again/off-again relationship from 2018 until her death. He was also arrested several times throughout their courtship for domestic violence and felony assault.

Hickerson and his brother, Zach, were both present with Panettiere at the time of her death at a South Carolina loft earlier this month.

Terrazas then recalled asking the Scream 4 star during the 2023 incident while she was on the gurney if she was fine, to which she allegedly replied: “Yes.”

The neighbor's daughter, Vileena Koneru, lived with her mother at the time, and also reportedly observed Panettiere. Koneru was present for the 2024 event and told Page Six she attempted to raise “concerns” with the firefighters during both episodes.

Terrazas then alleged she heard “muffled arguments” coming from Panettiere’s apartment, saying: “You can tell somebody’s arguing just by the tonality. … It was very hostile.”

During another instance, the "Wake-Up Call" singer was "screaming” at Hickerson in the elevator. “Just leave me alone! Just stop!” Panettiere apparently bellowed at the time, according to Terrazas.

While Panettiere and Hickerson both previously suffered with substance addictions, her neighbor said she “never saw them actually doing any type of drugs." However, it was “pretty apparent sometimes" as Hickerson "always seemed to be high or disconnected."

"He just kind of had this odd, flat effect, I guess I could describe it as [that],” Terrazas continued. “Hayden sometimes would seem out of it.”

“She was just so lovely … and just seeing her and passing frequently and, you know, the little chats that I had with her — she made such an impression, and she was such a bright light,” she remembered of the Golden Globe-nominated starlet.
