New information has surfaced about Hayden Panettiere's final birthday plans with her daughter, Kaya Klitschko, following the actress' untimely death.
"She was planning on spending the week of her birthday visiting her daughter in Germany," a source told Page Six on August 19.
It added, "She was so excited to see her and was telling everyone how much she was looking forward to spending time with her."

"I last saw her a few months ago," Orellana said.
"She was talking about how she wanted to take a vacation, and that she wanted to go and see her daughter. Her daughter was always her absolute priority. She loved her so much," the hairstylist added.
Hayden Panettiere was planning a vacation to visit her daughter, Kaya Klitschko, as her friend recalled her devotion to her.
Orellana also reflected on the relationship between Panettiere and Klitschko.
"Her daughter was the absolute light of her life," he said.
He added, "She lit up when she spoke about her. Everything she did revolved around her."

Hayden Panettiere’s Friend Erick Orellana Reflected on Her Love for Kaya Klitschko
Hayden Panettiere shared a deep bond with her daughter, Kaya Klitschko.
Orellana described the time Panettiere spent with her daughter as especially meaningful to her. He also shared his thoughts on Panettiere’s death while remembering the Heroes TV star.
"I can't imagine that this is anything but accidental because she just loved her daughter and would never have left her," he said.
Klitschko has lived in Ukraine with Panettiere’s ex-fiancé since 2018.
Hayden Panettiere’s Autopsy Remains Under Investigation
Hayden Panettiere’s death remained under investigation as authorities continued reviewing the circumstances.
Three days before Panettiere’s reported birthday plans emerged, the Greenville County Coroner’s Office confirmed that her autopsy was complete.
Coroner Mike Ellis shared further evidence on her examination case.
"At autopsy no signs of trauma were discovered that would have contributed to the death," Ellis said in a statement obtained by People.
He added, "The cause and manner of death remain pending further investigation and the completion of additional studies. This investigation remains active and ongoing. No further details are available for release at this time."
The statement also detailed what happened next.
"First responders and Emergency Medical Services arrived on scene and located a female in cardiac arrest. EMS personnel initiated advanced cardiac life support measures; however, resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful, and the individual was pronounced deceased at 2:32 PM," the statement read.
The investigation remains ongoing as authorities await the results of additional tests.
