Hayden Panettiere was reportedly battling "really severe" health issues before her tragic death at 36.

Her hairdresser and good friend Erick Orellana told Page Six that the Nashville star's pain was so intense that she even experienced mobility issues.

"I know she suffered earlier this year with her back. At one point, it was even hard for her to move her legs," Orellana said.

Earlier this year, Panettiere was notably seen using crutches to get around at LAX airport with her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, per the outlet.

However, the late actress' hairdresser went on to note that it seemed like Panettiere was "starting to be on the mend."

Another source claimed to the outlet that back pain wasn't the only thing Panettiere was struggling with in the months leading up to her death.

"Earlier this year, she did seem a little tired at times. But she was a night owl, and… she has a lot on her plate," the source said.

They also added that the Heroes alum "suffered from anxiety at times" and would "occasionally take medication for that."

"And every so often that could impact her speech," the insider claimed.

According to the initial reports, Panettiere was found unresponsive at an Airbnb rental inside the Judson Mill Lofts apartment complex in Greenville, South Carolina, on Sunday, August 16.

Per Page Six, authorities were reportedly alerted to the medical emergency by a 911 call of an "unidentified female" going into cardiac arrest.

First responders reportedly attempted to resuscitate her using "advanced cardiac life support," though the police refused to confirm this claim.

After chest compressions administered by paramedics also failed, the former child actress was reportedly pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m. She leaves behind her daughter Kaya, 11, shared with former fiancé Wladimir Klitschko.

In a statement to People, Panettiere's representative said on behalf of her father, Skip, "It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden."

"She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her — and to the millions who watched her onscreen. We ask for privacy as our family takes time to process this unimaginable loss," they added.

Additional reports revealed that Narcan, a medicine typically used to quickly reverse an opioid overdose, was found on the scene. However, police have said there were no signs of foul play or trauma at the time of her death, according to the Greenville County Coroner’s Office.
