After 12 years of marriage, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt still can't keep their hands off each other. The reality TV couple was spotted kissing and holding hands while out in Malibu on April 26, looking more in love than ever.
Pratt was dressed down in tan short-sleeve button up shirt, ripped black jeans and silver and neon sneakers.
Montag was all smiles wearing a cropped silver top teamed with high-waisted skinny black jeans and sparkly pair of stiletto-heeled, pointed toe ankle boots.
The outing marks the first time the platinum blonde beauty has been seen in public since she was criticized by body shammers for sporting a fuller figure earlier this year.
She was even trolled by her sister-in-law. Posting a photo of the "Higher" singer walking on a beach in a lime green bikini, Pratt's sister Stephanie sarcastically wrote on social media: "Yay Heidi's pregnant!! I hope she has a little girl this time! Cute bump."
Her 37-year-old brother quickly snapped back on Twitter reply writing, '"Heidi is not pregnant. Just being body shamed."
"No I am not pregnant yet. Just a little overweight," the 34-year-old also clarified in a tweet.

The selfie ready starlet isn't pregnant again....at least for now. Montag and Pratt welcomed their son, Gunner, in October 2017 and told Us Weekly in 2019 that they were ready to start trying for a second child "hopefully in a few months."
Montag's body has always garnered media attention. In January 2010, the Colorado-native revealed to PEOPLE that she had undergone ten cosmetic surgery procedures in a single day. Among the procedures were brow-lifts, ear-pinnings, a chin reduction, as well as a second rhinoplasty and second breast augmentation.
During the fourth season of The Hills, the couple eloped to Mexico, where they married on November 20, 2008. A wedding ceremony was held on April 25, 2009, in Pasadena, Calif. and aired in season five of the hit MTV series.
"Speidi," as they have been nicknamed by the press, also appeared on several other reality shows including I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, the UK's Celebrity Big Brother, Marriage Boot Camp and Celebrity Wife Swap.
The couple will appear on the upcoming second season of The Hills: New Beginnings.
