Inside Jake Paul's $6 Million California Mansion — Tour The Home He Left Behind For Miami

"Look Mom I bought my first house," YouTube star Jake Paul captioned an October 2017 Instagram shot of himself standing outside of his massive Calabasas, Calif., mansion.
"I have no idea how to decorate or design it but I do know for a fact that it's about to get lit up in this joint." He was right on both counts. With over 15,000 square feet of living space to furnish and a rotating roster of roommates, the Internet personality turned pro boxer — who was just 20 at the time — didn't put much of an effort into reimagining the home's interiors.
Instead, he kept it mostly barren, save for some haphazard artwork, allowing the cavernous rooms to serve as background for his chaotic vlogs. Plus, without pricey fixtures or sentimental memorabilia, Paul likely didn't have to worry about any major damage caused by his regular ragers. (Last July, the social media star came under fire for throwing a huge house party during the pandemic.)
But now that Paul's set on turning over a new leaf in Miami, where he's said he can focus on his fighting career without the "distractions" of L.A.'s social scene, he's parted ways with his infamous pad. Paul was also recently accused of sexual assault by TikTok star Justine Paradise, who claimed the alleged incident occurred at his home in California; Paul slammed the allegations made against him.
The 8-bed, 11-bath residence was listed in December, with Paul announcing his decision to move in an emotional video, of course. While the estate has no shortage of bells and whistles (think: a gym with a sauna, an elevator and plenty of patios), the sale wasn't exactly a knockout: The new buyer paid $6.15 million for it — $775,000 less than what Paul did nearly four years ago. Ouch.

Last year, Jake, with his pup Thor, revealed he was ditching his West Coast digs and leaving behind his “problem-child era.”
Talk about a first impression: The three-story entryway features Italian tile, columns and a spiral staircase.
Special guests: Social media sensations like JoJo Siwa were among the former actor’s frequent visitors.

Out back, there's a pool (which has been stripped of its Team 10 logo), two BBQ areas and several loggias.
