Jed Duggar’s Wife Katey Gives Birth To Baby No. 1: See Photos Of Their Son Truett

Congrats! Jed Duggar's wife, Katey Duggar (née Nakatsu), announced that they are now a family-of-three!
On Tuesday, May 3, the 23-year-old took to Instagram to share new photos of their son.
“He’s here! We love you so much, baby True!” Jed wrote in the caption, adding that the tot's full name is Truett Oliver Duggar, and he was born on Monday, May 2, at 6:34 p.m. The baby weighed 8 lb 5 oz and was 20.5 inches.
"Truett: 'warrior for Christ' Oliver: 'peace,'" they explained of the monikers. "Link to BIRTH VIDEO in Bio."
Of course, people were over the moon for the couple. One person wrote, "Congrats bro! Such a blessing. Can’t wait to meet little man!" while another added, "Beautiful!!😍😍😍."
A third person added, "So happy for y’all! 🥳."
The new parents also took their viewers along for the ride, as they posted a YouTube video called "OUR FIRST BABY | Birth Story: Part 1."
Katey was seen eating some fries in the hospital bed right before she welcomed her new tot into the world. The duo waited for the baby's heartbeat to come back up, so Katey drank some water and was seen on a medicine ball. "He gave us this nice wake-up call," Jed said. "Next hour or two, you're going to do great!"

In September, the duo announced they were expecting their first child. "And then there were 3. Baby Duggar. Spring '22," Katey's post stated, while Jed wrote, "She tested positive, but not for Covid."
The duo got married in April 2021 after courting for a year.
"The couple was married in a private ceremony Saturday with family and close friends in attendance," a rep said at the time. "It was a beautiful ceremony and the entire family is so happy for them."
"I'm so grateful God brought Katey into my life and excited to share with you all that today she became my wife," the TV personality wrote after the news was revealed. "Katey, the thought of sharing the rest of my life with you makes me the happiest man in the world! I love you so much! #happilyeverafter."
