Putting down roots! After more than a year of renting in the San Fernando Valley, Jenna Dewan and fiancé Steve Kazee paid nearly $4.7 million for a modern mansion in L.A.’s upscale Encino neighborhood.
The 7,240-square-foot property has six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms — certainly enough space for their family of four. (The Step Up star, 40, and Tony award winner, 45, welcomed son Callum last March, and Dewan shares 7-year-old daughter Everly with ex Channing Tatum.)
Inside, you'll find oak hardwood floors, textured stone mantles, walls of glass and marble countertops, providing the perfect backdrop for the duo's design aesthetics.
"Steve likes a more minimalistic look and has amazing taste," shared Dewan, adding that although she tends to lean more toward the "feminine and mystical," they "easily found a happy medium."
The pair decorated their previous pad with neutral-toned furnishings, plush rugs and a few statement-making pieces, like an earthy velvet sofa, that will fit right in at their glamorous new digs.
Additional features include a negative-edge swimming pool, a movie theater, a temperature-controlled wine closet and even a putting green. Now, that's plenty for the showbiz vets to sing and dance about!

Curb appeal: The residence was built in 2018 on a hilltop street in the celeb-heavy Encino enclave. The pair's neighbors include Meghan Trainor and RHOBH star Dorit Kemsley.
Get cozy! The living room is set up for what Dewan enjoys best: “Cuddling with family and sharing in good conversations.”
A floor-to-ceiling black stone fireplace is the focal point of the downstairs lounge.
