Bennifer 2.0. were spotted on a tour of Bob Hope's former $40 million Toluca Lake estate on Tuesday, August 10.
The 48-year-old drove his girlfriend to the home in his Mercedes Benz as she looked out the window. The 52-year-old looked as radiant as ever while Affleck appears to have grown a beard.
They are said to have toured the five-acre property at 11:30 AM and stayed there for an hour. The luxurious home is reportedly owned by billionaire Ron Burkle. The estate comes with a one-hole golf course.
This is not the only residence the Gone Girl star and the singer looked at. They reportedly toured an $85 million estate in Beverly Hills which comes with 12 bedrooms, a boxing ring, a pool and a basketball court, TMZ reported.
The rekindled flames are said to have also been spotted house hunting last month. According to Hello!, Affleck and Lopez were seen leaving a $65 million gated 31,5000 square-foot property on Billionaire's Row in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles, Calif. The mega-mansion reportedly boasts eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a bowling alley, a golf simulator, a bar, hair salon, a movie theatre, a wine cellar, an indoor pool, a spa and a medical suite with dental offices and an even operating room.
Affleck and Lopez first met in 2002 while filming Gigli and got engaged before calling it all off in 2004. After the J.Lo Beauty founder split from ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez in April, Bennifer has been inseparable.
They went Instagram official last month while celebrating Lopez’s 52nd birthday on a luxury yacht. "The trip solidified how happy they both are to be back together," a source told OK! of the vacation. "Jen says the whole vacation was a magical experience from beginning to end."
One insider told OK! that those close to the couple are expecting an engagement announcement soon. "Jen has zero doubt that Ben is her soulmate, and he’s equally smitten," a source spilled.
The house hunting comes after another insider told OK! that they "plan on moving in together very soon." The "Hit the Floor" singer was previously spotted looking at schools in Santa Monica with her 13-year-old son Max.
