The Hustlers stars, who is officially back together with ex Ben Affleck, definitely works hard to maintain her jaw-dropping figure. Lopez credits eating clean, with an emphasis on protein, which keeps her energized during her intense workouts
"Throughout the years, I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthier diet,” the mom-of-two has said. "I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don't deprive myself."
