Officially discharged! After a mere two months on the market, Grey’s Anatomy alum Jessica Capshaw sold her Pacific Palisades pad for an impressive $13.3 million.
The actress, 44, and her husband, Honest Co. cofounder Christopher Gavigan, shelled out $10 million for the unfinished property back in 2016, transforming it into an elegant escape for their cute crew. (The couple share Luke, 13, Eve, 10, Poppy, 9, and 5-year-old Josephine.)
Completed the following year, the six-bed, six-bath spread sits on about a third of an acre on a prime corner lot. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and airy living room, a chic sitting area with a piano and a gourmet kitchen where the family whips up meals using the bounty from their organic vegetable garden.
Given Gavigan's environmental advocacy (and the couple’s combined net worth of a whopping $40 million), it makes sense that other noteworthy touches include a HEPA air purifier, water filtering system and ozone filtration for the pool.
