Jessie James Decker proudly flaunted her bikini body transformation after a year of hard work.
"Last summer vs this summer. And you wanna know the truth? There’s probably only a 2-pound difference between these photos," Decker, 38, captioned two side-by-side photos posted via Instagram on Monday, September 7.

Jessie James Decker admitted there may only be a two pound difference between the two photos.
Decker said there was "absolutely nothing wrong" with how her body looked in the left photo, in which she wore a bright red bikini, but she felt she was "capable of more."
"I had gotten comfortable, my energy was suffering, and I wasn’t living my strongest, fittest life. So last April, I decided to challenge the s--- out of myself," she said in the caption.
In the more recent photo on the right, her midsection appeared noticeably more chiseled, while her arm muscles looked more toned as she flexed for the mirror selfies.
'I'm So Glad I Stayed The Course'
Jessie James Decker confessed her goals felt 'impossible' at some points.
"Your goals can feel impossible when you’re in the middle of the journey. You’ll get frustrated and wonder if anything is changing. Then one day, you’ll look back and think, holy s---, I’m so glad I stayed the course," she continued. "I’m alive. I’m healthy. I’m capable. I’m strong. I’m thriving. And I want every single one of you to feel this way too."

Jessie James Decker Revealed Cosmetic Surgery Plans
Jessie James Decker said her implants have gotten 'big' for her body.
The transformation comes months after the "I Still Love You" singer revealed in May that she officially decided to downsize her 400-plus cc b----- implants. She originally underwent the b----- augmentation surgery in 2021.
“I'm trying to figure out when and where, but I am ready," she shared on her Instagram Story on May 13. "They have been a fun ride so to speak and I of course won't ever have small ones by any means. But the more in shape I'm getting they just become more annoying and obvious to me how big they are for my body."
Jessie James Decker Locked in Date to Get 'Very Large Implants' Removed
Jessie James Decker revealed she finally 'set in motion' her plan to remove her implants.
Earlier this month, Decker revealed that she officially scheduled a date for her surgery to remove her "VERY large" implants.
"I know I’ve been talking about this for probably six months, but I’m finally setting things into motion!" she shared via her Instagram Stories on August 21.
"Ultimately, I would love to explant altogether, but I know myself, and realistically I’m not sure I’m totally ready for that yet," she continued. "I've had such large ones for so long I don’t know what I have underneath it all. What I think I’m ready for is what they’re calling juicy ballerina boobies!?"
