Jonathan "Foodgod" Cheban is bidding farewell to his New York City pad.
The Kardashian-Jenner family's close friend sold his digs at Sky House for around $2.5 million after buying the property in 2009 for $1.56 million, meaning he made almost $1 million on the deal, the New York Post reported. Cheban's condo is on the 11th floor of the 55-floor Sky House high rise.
The 47-year-old — who has 3.6 million followers on Instagram — has apparently relocated to Florida, but is still searching for his dream home in Miami. In the meantime, the mega-influencer has been renting a place in Bal Harbour, according to the outlet.
Cheban is not only known as Kim Kardashian's BFFL, but also as the social media influencer who posts jaw-dropping supersized food. While he's previously been slammed by haters who maintain he's only famous because of his connection to the KKW beauty founder, Cheban previously insisted he's made his own brand.
“I helped Kim along the way — big time — but I created my own identity,” the TV personality told The Post earlier this year. “… Thank God reality TV happened. Oh my God, it gave me a chance.”
Regardless of the haters, Cheban appears to still be living his best life, as he recently posted photos with celeb pals like Jake Paul and Post Malone, as well as Khloé Kardashian while they were at one of Kanye West's three Donda listening parties.

The condo has been updated with wood floors, recessed lighting and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for natural light to seep into the living room.
The open-concept chef's kitchen has an island with bar seating and a built-in TV.
The surround sound and other high-tech details only add to magnificent home's appeal.
The expansive abode boasts two-bedrooms and three-baths, in addition to the building's amenities that include a concierge, gym, cold storage and bike room.
