Kanye West has been flexing his single status.
Mere hours after a judge declared the rapper, 44, and his estranged wife Kim Kardashian single, West was seen out with his alleged girlfriend Chaney Jones at the Four Seasons in Miami on Thursday, March 3.
The Kim K look-alike wore coordinated looks with the "Heartless" musician as she rocked a leather jacket and shorts. West kept it edgy in a tank top, jeans and his infamous black rubber boots for their morning out together. Jones and Ye had been spotted out in the Florida city previously in the past few weeks since his split from actress Julia Fox last month.
The spotting comes as West and the SKIMs founder, 40, had a very important court date amidst their contentious divorce.
According to TMZ, Kardashian was on a video call and the "Jesus Walks" rapper was absent for the Wednesday, March 2, court hearing that made both of them single in the eyes of the law.
Despite West's constant objections, the judge approved the motion on the condition that any right to get reimbursement of money that's supposed to be divided up will be preserved in case either of them dies.
Kardashian — with whom the artist shares children North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2— had been pleading with the judge for months to restore her single status in order for both she and West to begin the next chapter of their lives.
"I believe that the Court terminating our marital status will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over and to move forward on a better path which will assist us in peacefully co-parenting our children," Kardashian stated in legal documents, adding that "there is no way to repair our marriage."

West and the model dressed in all black ensembles as they headed out of the swanky hotel for the day.
The record producer appeared pensive as he and Jones walked out into the Miami sun.
Although the two have not officially confirmed if they are an item or not, West and Jones have been spending lots of time together.
The brunette beauty bares a striking resemblance and similar fashion sense to West's former spouse.
