Kanye West Shops In Miami With Rumored New Flame Chaney Jones As Kim Kardashian Begs Judge To Declare Her Legally Single

Kanye West seems to be trying to get his mind off of his latest divorce drama with Kim Kardashian by running around with her look alike!

The Yeezy designer, 44, was seen poking around the stores in Miami, Flor. on Thursday, February 24, with his rumored new girlfriend, Chaney Jones, by his side.

In the photos obtained by Daily Mail, the rapper was seen wearing a hoodie sweatshirt with black jeans tucked into knee-high rubber boots. Chaney, 24 — who coincidentally bears a striking resemblance to his estranged wife — donned an all-black look with reflective sunglasses as they strolled around the Bal Harbor Shops.

The sighting comes just hours after Kardashian, 41, filed new court documents pleading with the judge to declare her legally single.

In the new filing, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum accused West of causing her "emotional distress" by airing private details and "misinformation" about their divorce and family matters out on social media. The Donda artist has been publicly targeting both Kardashian and her boyfriend, Pete Davidson, with his unhinged Instagram posts over the past month.

The reality star wrote in the docs: "I believe that the Court terminating our marital status will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over and to move forward on a better path which will assist us in peacefully co-parenting our children," as OK! learned. The estranged spouses share four kids: North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2.

While West has requested to have their custody agreement and property issues settled before terminating their marital status, Kardashian has been trying to speed up the process, claiming: "there is no way to repair our marriage."

"Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not," the SKIMS founder continued. "I ask that the Court restore me to the status of a single person so that I can begin the healing process and so that our family can begin the healing process and move forward with this new chapter of our lives."

Despite Kardashian's pleas, West has still been taking aim at Davidson with his scathing social media posts. Most recently, he claimed to have driven the Saturday Night Live vet off of Instagram after the Big Time Adolescence star deleted his account shortly after joining the platform.

"Ran Skete off the gram Tell your mother I changed your name for life," he wrote in an Instagram post on Thursday, February 24, although a source recently clarified that his decision to leave the platform had nothing to do with West.
