Kanye West Is Giving Kim Kardashian Advice As She Preps For 'Saturday Night Live' Hosting Debut
Kim Kardashian is getting some help from her estranged husband Kayne West ahead of her Saturday Night Live hosting debut this weekend.
A source told Page Six, “Kim is nervous about hosting ‘SNL,’ it's a big challenge but she is determined to be a success."
This will mark the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's first ever appearance on the comedy show but luckily her rapper ex, who she is rumored to be getting back together with, has done the show numerous times as a musical guest.
“Kanye is quietly advising her on her performance, her opening monologue, even her costumes for the show” the insider told the outlet.
Kardashian is reportedly set to start rehearsals at NBC's midtown studios following a celebratory host dinner with big wig Lorne Michaels on Tuesday night. As OK! previously reported, the Skims founder was spotted exiting her NYC hotel in a head to toe black look as she appeared to be headed towards Rockefeller Plaza.

The reality star has rustled some feathers with her new gig as of late. Television star Debra Messing recently took to Twitter to question SNL's choice to allow the fashion icon to host as she wrote, “Why Kim Kardashian? I mean, I know she is a cultural icon, but SNL has hosts, generally, who are performers who are there to promote a film, TV show, or album launch.”
As for Kardashian and West, things appear to be going great between the two. As OK! previously reported, the two shared dinner together at Nobu Malibu on Thursday, September 30 and reportedly left in the same car together at the end of the meal.
The former couple were dining with Tracy Romulus, who used to serve as the Chief Marketing Officer of KKW Brands, and her husband Ray Romulus. The former couple has not confirmed denied that they are considering reconciliation.
